WE have a Court Date!!!

June 9th! That is the date the Ethiopian Courts will process our adoption paperwork. The next day Girma will finally learn about us! They will give Girma our photo album we put together. It has pictures of us, the kids, our pets, the house and Girma's bed. Every single picture has a stuffed Tigger in it. We will bring that very same Tigger when we travel and give it to him the first time we see him. Every picture is labeled and the album begins and ends with a short letter to Girma. The staff at the orphanage will translate the captions and the letters. From what we've heard the orphanage is great about getting the children psyched up to have a new Mommy and Daddy. here is a picture Denise created showing Girma as a part of our family :0) Look out Girma, Mommy has arts and crafts projects in store for you! Based on our court date, we most likely will be in Ethiopia either July 15th or July 29th!!! Think good thoughts and send good vibes for us to travel there on the 15th!!!
