Tuesday, 11pm Denver, 8am Addis - Embassy Day!!

Today Denise and Girma are headed to the U.S. embassy for Girma's final paperwork to come home. It's a 2pm appointment and should last a couple of hours.

Denise and Girma woke up and had breakfast. Then, they are headed to the orphanage and also the new transitional home that just opened up, which houses children that have been referred but are waiting for their new parents.

New thoughts from Denise:
Ethiopia is an amazing place, soley because of the people. She said everyone is so nice, so helpful, so friendly and just the way humans should be.
Denise has been giving Girma sponge baths because he is afraid of the shower. He tried it today and didn't like it. She thinks he doesn't like getting his face wet. I guess that's a normal 4 year old reaction. I'm sure he'll be doing backflips into the pool by the time he's a teenager.

I will once again try to get my passport and head out tomorrow morning. If you don't hear from me that's probably good news.
